Trade Ocean will be putting a Quality Management System (QMS) in place that will touch everyone.
Currently, Trade Ocean’s management team have been dealing with a quality management system but, according to CEO David Jooste, it will soon be extended to everyone in the company, touching both Ship’s Agency and Clearing & Forwarding.
“We may elect to get ISO certified once the QMS is in place but we are less interested in a piece of paper than we are in having a robust system that serves us well. It will help us to improve our efficiency and performance, leading to happier clients.”
