We recently celebrated our fifth year after being formed following the management buy-out of TRT Ships’ Agency. What a privilege to still have 14 staff members with us today who were all part of that team that took a big leap into the unknown!
To show our appreciation, we presented each of them a framed “newspaper” cover page, individually created to feature each of them as the front page story of the Trade Ocean Tide. The article profiles them in their personal capacity – their take on the last five years, some information about their personal lives and passions, etc.
Each candidate was photographed professionally, portraying their personalities and characteristics in the photo.
These professionally printed and beautifully framed sheets were officially presented and it was very well-received and appreciated.
Congratulations again to all our five-year long-term service award winners and thanks again for all the years of great service, loyalty and for taking that first big step with us. Here’s to the next five!
